Florida Non Resident Concealed Carry permit Course
***YOU MUST HAVE A PISTOL PERMIT OR SPORTSMANS LICENSE VALID IN NY FOR THIS PERMIT***
This permit will allow non-residents of Florida to carry a
concealed handgun in
Florida, and will also give reciprocity to carry in 30+ other states that are shown on the map below. This course will satisfy the requirements that the State of
Florida mandates for the certificate that is needed to submit for issuance of the Florida non resident
Concealed Carry Permit
***During the class, we go over the process step by step (exactly what is needed in order to submit the application for this permit.)
***Range time is about 30 minutes and is done separately for this class. The time and date will be determined during class time***

How long does it take to get a Florida Concealed Carry Permit?
—- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services will process your application and issue your permit within 90 days.Permits are valid for 7 years and must be renewed every 7 years
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age unless you are a service member, as defined in Section 250.01, Florida Statutes, or you are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces who was discharged under honorable conditions.

-You must meet the CITIZENSHIP and RESIDENCY requirements set forth in the law.
-You must be able to provide a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION from a firearms training class or other acceptable training document that evidences your competency with a firearm. (You will receive this from taking our class)
-You must not have a DISQUALIFYING CRIMINAL RECORD or other condition that would make you ineligible for licensure.
